Spring is coming slowly here in Japan now!!


Last month, my solo show “A STRING OF MEMORIESRecalling
Phantom Lights” was held at Gallery Tosei in Tokyo, Japan.
There were lots of visitors and I was very happy to meet with all of YOU who came to see the show! Thank you all!

I was reviewing portfolios during some afternoons of the show. I really enjoyed reviewing all of the works by 22 photographers! Thank you very much for your participation!

I would like to say THANKS a lot to
Mr. Kunihiro Takahashi, the president of Gallery Tosei. Also, many thanks to Ms. Yumiko Tanaka and Ms. Kaori Kuwazawa, the staff of the gallery.

I will update a photo report about the show next time, so please look forward to it! Thanks.

Now, I ‘m having another show at Gallery TANTO TEMPO in Kobe – my home town. Here are the details of the show;

*Gallery Talk will be held at Gallery TANTO TEMPO on May 29th (Sat), from 4pm. (My slideshows of past works will be projected at the event.) Please contact the gallery if you are interested in participating. Thanks!

The “DREAMSCAPESVisual Spirals of Consciousness / Unconsciousness” show includes 2 series of works; “Dreamscapes” and “Dreams of the Amnesiac”. Both series are about “memories and dreams” which you can only see in your mind.

Basically, I will be staying at the gallery on Saturdays and Sundays (afternoons), The gallery is closed on Wednesdays and National holidays , so please mind the holidays. Please don’t miss the show if you are in Kobe or around the city in May and June (until 13th). Thank you!
